Keystone is pleased to announce that Scott Pierson has joined its Orange County Office as an Associate. Pierson was previously with Capmark Finance since 2006 and functioned as a Senior Analyst/ Underwriter. During his tenure, he assisted in the underwriting and closing of over $650 Million in debt and joint venture equity placements. Keystone believes that Pierson will enhance our ability to provide clients with competitive, non-recourse, permanent debt as well as Joint Venture equity and mezzanine debt solutions. Keystone is proud to announce the opening of an Orange County office headed by Nick Viscount. In addition, the company has been appointed a correspondent for Aegon USA, America Equity Life, Aviva investors, and CUNA Mutual. The expanded company provides new capital sources for Keystone's clients and is a recognition by major financial institutions of the integrity, professionalism and production capabilities of the principals and the employees of keystone. |
