Keystone is pleased to announce that Travis Buchanan has joined its Los Angeles Office. Los Angeles, CA (October 1, 2010) Keystone Mortgage Corporation, a Southern California based mortgage banking firm is pleased to announce the hiring of Travis Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan was previously with RBC Wealth Management Inc. as a Financial Advisor for investment, insurance, estate, and personal and corporate retirement planning. During his three years at RBC, he obtained his Series 7, Series 66, multiple insurance licenses and earned his Certified Financial PlannerT Designation (CFP®). Buchanan attended the California State University, Long Beach where he earned a Bachelor's of Science; Finance, Real Estate, Law and competed for the University's Division I Water Polo team earning All American and All Conference Honors. He currently sits on the Associate Board for Heart of Los Angeles Youth; a non-profit focused on delivering programs in Arts, Academics, and Athletics for underserved youth. He has remained involved at CSULB as an Innovation Challenge Mentor, member of the LB State Athletics Board of Advisors, and member of the CSULB College of Business Alumni & Friends Board of Advisors. Keystone Mortgage Corporation's Orange County Office Expands and Hires James Ruiz Orange County, CA (November 30, 2010) - Keystone Mortgage Corporation, a Los Angeles based mortgage banking firm is pleased to announce the hiring of James Ruiz as Director. Mr. Ruiz will join Nick Viscount and Scott Pierson in the Orange County office and will be responsible for providing commercial real estate investors debt secured by income producing assets including medical office, industrial, office, retail, self-storage and multi-family properties. Bio: Mr. Ruiz started his career at GE Commercial Real Estate and has since held positions at an Orange County based equity firm, a development firm and Wells Fargo. For more than 11 yrs. Mr. Ruiz has been providing clients commercial real estate financing, brokerage and development services. Mr. Ruiz obtained his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University and undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton. Mr. Ruiz is also currently serving on the Board of a local non-profit organization, Kids Konnected, which is a non-profit organization providing services to children coping with parents who have cancer. Mr. Ruiz believes in the importance of serving the community and those in need. Mr. Ruiz is pleased to bring his experience in the origination, structuring, management, marketing, and execution of transactions to Keystone Mortgage Corporation. Keystone is pleased to announce that Scott Pierson has joined its Orange County Office as an Associate. Pierson was previously with Capmark Finance since 2006 and functioned as a Senior Analyst/ Underwriter. During his tenure, he assisted in the underwriting and closing of over $650 Million in debt and joint venture equity placements. Keystone believes that Pierson will enhance our ability to provide clients with competitive, non-recourse, permanent debt as well as Joint Venture equity and mezzanine debt solutions. Keystone is pleased to announce the opening of an Orange County office headed by Nick Viscount. In addition, the company has been appointed a correspondent for Aegon USA, America Equity Life, Aviva investors, and CUNA Mutual. The expanded company provides new capital sources for Keystone's clients and is a recognition by major financial institutions of the integrity, professionalism and production capabilities of the principals and the employees of keystone. |
